3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies. We do not directly process payments.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our services are owned by HydraBird or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

5. Open-Source Components

Some of our services or portions thereof may be released under open-source licenses. Where applicable, the terms of those licenses govern your use of the open-source components. Open-source license details are provided in the relevant source code repositories.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide our services. For services with end-to-end encryption, we cannot access your encrypted content.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our services may integrate with or relay communications to third-party platforms and tools. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

8. Self-Hosted Deployments

Where our services support self-hosting, you are solely responsible for the operation, security, and maintenance of your self-hosted instance. We provide no warranty or support for self-hosted deployments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Automated Tools and AI Services

Some of our services facilitate interaction with automated tools, AI agents, or code-generation systems. Output generated by such tools is provided without warranty. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any output before use. We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on automated or AI-generated output.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device remains yours.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in China.

15. 适用法律

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。任何争议应在中国有管辖权的法院解决。
